Join Capt Sandy in Mainland
Mexico for some empty waves, good food, friendly culture, &
tropical paradise !!! Sandy has a lot more to offer than
your average surf charter or guide. As the owner and
operator of Costa Paraiso he has been traveling and surfing
Mexico for 21 years. Sandy has concentrated his surf travels
between PV and Playa Azul. Not only does he know everyone in
these cozy beach villages, he also has surfed most of the
breaks this stretch of coast has to offer. Sandy speaks
fluent Spanish and gets along very well with the local
population. He has also had the privilege to guide many
professional surf teams through out the area.
Costa Paraiso offers low key,
down to earth fun !!! Your trip is fully customized and
no two surf trips are the same. Depending on the time of year
and swell direction, Sandy knows the spots to paddle out at.
These trips are fully customized to YOU & your surfing
ability, so whether you are looking for small waves to learn
on or perfect barrels.....Capt Sandy has you covered !!!
Your trip begins when Sandy picks you up at the Airport in
his new Ford Expedition 4x4 that will be your mode of
transportation to & from all your surf destinations.
Accommodations are at a nice hotel right on the beach, with
A/C, Satellite TV, Cold & Hot running water, internet, &
small swimming pool. Snacks, sodas, and beer at the
hotel through out your stay are included with the trip.
Each day your surf destinations will depend on swell
directions, & conditions. Every day Capt Sandy will
drive the coast and find you the spot that is going off that
day!!! You might surf one spot all day, or you might surf a
few spots....It's UP TO YOU with Costa Paraiso Private Surf
Charters, the only mobile surf charter in Mainland Mex.
Relax in tropical coconut groves, surf warm waves, & let
Costa Paraiso take care of the rest.

online registration form or by calling our surf shop.
Your surf trip includes all transportation, 3 meals a day,
drinks, accommodations, & private surf guide. We can
also provide surf equipment if needed, as well as surf
instruction. Other activities available include fishing,
snorkeling, horseback riding, kayaking, hiking, & camping.
TRIPS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR 1 individual or up to 4
friends....

Learn to Surf Trip: San Diego

Our
Beginner surf trips are a great way for people to make
friends and learn to surf at the same time!!! These
trips are designed for adults only and include two
full days of surf instruction as well as camping accommodations.
The campground is just a few minutes from the surf
and offers warm showers, laundry facilities, as well
as a pool and hot tub. The campground is on Mission
Bay and our lessons take place in S. Mission Beach
in front of our Surf Shop. These trips are catered towards
those who have never surfed before, or have surfed
a couple of times. Throughout the trip you will learn the basics
of surfing and ocean awareness.
 Topics include: Paddling, Popping Up, Board Balance, Surf Etiquette, and Taking care of your surf equipment. Boards and wetsuits are provided, or campers may bring their own.
